I graduated as a speech therapist in 2013 from the University of Helsinki. I started my career in the public sector, assessing and rehabilitating adult clients. From 2014, I worked in the private sector, where I mainly rehabilitated child clients funded by Kela. I founded Puhumo Oy in 2018 to practice my profession. I have gained the most experience with both kindergarten and school-age child clients who have specific language difficulties or speech production difficulties, as well as related reading difficulties.

I implement speech therapy in a client-oriented manner and using researched methods. I am happy to collaborate with the client's immediate environment to ensure that the support is implemented in the client's everyday life. Rehabilitation materials, applications, AAC tools and various assessment tools are an essential part of my toolbox.
